International PEACE Day

The Giant Peace Sign

The school celebrated International Peace Day today with a lovely ceremony. All the lower school children wore white and the upper school kids wore blue. They assembled in the shape of a large peace sign. The 6th graders all said "Peace" in their native languages and what "peace" meant to them. Then the entire school, accompanied by the music department, sang some really beautiful songs. They also had a one minute of quiet reflection- to send peace to all the children of the world. I LOVE this school.
